Yeah well, I guess that is possible, but I am not entirely certain what that existing infrastructure they are talking about is all about. While connectivity from within Malaysia is getting better than it used to be, international connectivity is still a joke. That would need significant upgrades before Malaysia can harbor ambitions like that.
